Happy New Year! Another exciting trip around the sun for us. As January 2nd, 2023, is the legal holiday for New Year’s Day, we’re moving our meeting back one week. Our next meeting will be on January 9th, 2023 at 7:00pm. We’re now holding the business meetings prior to the meeting at 6:00pm. We meet at Fundemonium: Expressway Center, 579 Rohnert Park Expy, Rohnert Park, CA 94928

We will be collecting Membership Fees for 2023 starting at January’s meeting. We are setting the rates at $25. We’ve been slowly ramping up the dues each year and now we’re getting back to normal. (Is there really ever a “normal”?) This will help us fund the club show as well as all our other events for the coming year.

This month we’ll hold our last quarterly contest of 2022 in 2023! As nobody brought in something they received as a gift in December (surely you received something model-related as a gift), the theme for this quarter is “Gifts I Got Last Year.” Any model you received as a gift within the last 12 months is eligible. As always gift certificates will be awarded for first, second, and third place.

Our theme this month is New. So bring in those New models/builds to show off, or bring the latest and greatest (also New) project on your bench. This month’s demonstration will cover scribing by Randy Bumgardner.
