Tom BertoWorkbench ![]() My workbench is actually in the "living room" of what used to be my house, a 100 square foot cabin in the woods. I built in a table and bench at one end of the cabin. My favorite tool is a Dremel ball head cutter, mounted in a pin vise, for boring out exhausts. This is so much fun that boring out the exhausts is now one of the first things I do to a kit. A great tip from Dale. I do not use the sprinkler timer (in the photo) to help build models. I generally use Tenax glue (except Testors for attaching wings to fuselages), Tamiya putty, and Polly Scale paints. My airbrush is a Paasche VL double action powered by a large compressor with a biiiiiiig tank. I paint in my airbrushing studio, in which I use said airbrush and compressor for my other "hobby": painting "paintings". Other than the compressor, the airbrush, and general ideas about maintaining airbrushes, there has been very little cross-pollination between the two hobbies.
