Vendor InformationVendor tables are currently available.The rate is $40 per table, pre-registered, $45 per table after January 15 and on the day of the event. A discount is available for more than two tables. The tables are 8 feet and will be covered with white paper. Every effort will be made to accommodate table location preferences (see floor plan) expressed by pre-registered vendors. There is plenty of parking in front of the building and excellent access for loading and unloading. Vendors setup begins at 8:30 am. Public admission begins at 9:30 am. Event closes to the public at 4:00 pm. We must be out of the building by 5:00 pm. Checks should be made to "IPMS Santa Rosa".
