Free Admission! Bring the whole family.
The 2008 show will once again offer something for everyone.
An IPMS model contest, of course, but also displays and demonstrations from a dozen Sonoma County hobby clubs.
There will be model railroads, RC planes, ships and cars, battling robots, war gaming and RC car racing.
Plus, over 25 vendor tables, a huge raffle (including two airbrushes), Make & Take for the kids, and the ever-popular "Speed Building" Contest.
This year's contest theme is "Making History", so our 10 Special Awards for 2008 feature autographs by "History Makers" like Francis Gary Powers (U-2 shootdown), General Ben Davis (commander of the Tuskegee Airmen), and Wing Commander Joseph McCarthy (American Dam Buster pilot).
Contest entry fees:
Adult, $5 for the first entry + $1 for each additional model.
Junior (16 and under) $2 for the first entry + $1 for each additional model.
Model contest registration closes at 12:30 pm.
