Vendor Information
You are invited to participate in Scale Model Expo 2007, on Saturday, February 10, in Petaluma. The Expo will feature award winning models, demos and displays by over a dozen hobby clubs, vendor sales of model kits, decals, books, and an IPMS model contest. Expo 2007 is jointly hosted by IPMS Santa Rosa and IPMS Mt Diablo.Vendor tables are currently available.
The rate is $35 per table, pre-registered, $45 per table after January 12 and on the day of the event. A discount is available for more than two tables.
The tables are 8 feet and will be covered with white paper.
Every effort will be made to accommodate table location preferences (see floor plan) expressed by pre-registered vendors.
There is plenty of parking in front of the building and excellent access for loading and unloading.
Vendors setup begins at 8:30 am.
Public admission begins at 9:30 am.
Event closes to the public at 4:00 pm.
We must be out of the building by 5:00 pm.
Checks should be made to "IPMS Santa Rosa".
